商业竞争真是个好东西啊！在
三星发布自家雄心万丈的计划后没多久，最大的竞争对手就跳出准备要打对台了。Sony 刚授权了额外的 220 亿日元（约14.8 亿人民币）以抢在 2009 会计年度（2009/04 ~ 2010/03）推出「中到大型」的 OLED 屏幕。不意外的，这个时间点刚好和三星打算推出的时间一致，所以电视技术再改朝换代，可能比想象中还要早得多来临呢！
